LBank
User Reviews

Coinbase is a US-listed exchange accessible to residents in every US state, with regulatory licenses in the US, Luxembourg, and the UK. In our view it is a good place for a first crypto purchase, with a simple app and a regulated operator. Active traders can pay less: we would compare Kraken Pro first, whose entry-level taker fee is 0.80%, against 0.90% on Coinbase Advanced in the US.

Lbank attracts users with low spot fees and a long coin list. Coinbase attracts users with institutional trust and U.S. regulation. One optimizes for cost, the other for credibility. Very different value propositions.

Fee Comparison

Lbank charges 0.10% maker and taker on spot at its entry level. Coinbase Advanced starts at 0.50% maker and 0.90% taker in the US. That's nine times the Lbank taker fee.

Trust Factor

Coinbase is publicly listed with U.S. regulation, scoring 9/10 on security.

Lbank scores 6.3/10 overall without the same regulatory backing.

Coin Selection

Coinbase lists more than 400 cryptocurrencies. Lbank offers more than 850. Lbank has more variety.

The Decision

Lbank at 6.3 suits fee-sensitive traders who prioritize cost over platform credibility.

Coinbase at 8.3 suits beginners who want trusted on-ramp despite premium fees.
